Senators Lincoln, Zharoff, Duncan moved and asked unanimous                    
consent that their names be withdrawn as cosponsors on SENATE                  
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12 Proposing amendments to the                            
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to subsistence use of fish        
and wildlife by residents and establishing an effective date for that          
amendment.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
